JB may be too fine, depending on how rough the bore actually is. 320 grit Clover compound is good as is fine valve grinding compound. As I understand it you are supposed to set the back trigger, turn the adjustment screw in until the set trigger releases then back the screw off one full turn. I just installed my first double set trigger on a build and this adjustment sequence worked well for me..
